This is an original 1945 color print map of CONAD highway and motor transport in Germany during World War II. Shown in the map is the main supply routes, the Yellow Diamond route, TCP, and rail to truck transfer points. Cities shown include, but are not limited to, Soultz, Hagenau, Brumath, Strasbourg, Hochfelden, Zomburg, Landau, Stuttgart, Waiblingen, Lorch, Schwabgemund, Goppingen, Ulm, Gunzberg, Landsberg, Schongau, Sennfeld, Hall, Crailsheim, Weinheim and Mossach.

“Conad History” (Continental Advance) was created to preserve the history of the United States Army supply forces, and to provide a basis for future studies by the United States War Department. The book covered the continental advance, communications zones, the European theater of operations, and the United States Army during 1944 and 1945. The Conad staff began in Africa and traveled to central Europe where they finished.
